At Lumen Car LED, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our LED headlight bulbs and automotive lighting products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and replacements.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.

  • The wrong product or model was delivered.

  • You make a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment receipt) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, mishandling, or modifications.

  • Items without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products purchased under clearance or promotional sale (unless defective).

  • Damage caused by electrical faults or vehicle wiring issues.


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@lumencarled.com or WhatsApp +91 96005 33713 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID, a photo or video of the issue, and a short description.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions.

  4. Ship the product securely in its original condition.

  5. After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.


5. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange a product for another model or type, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll help you with the exchange process and price difference (if any).


6. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery

If your package appears damaged on arrival, please take photos/videos and notify us immediately (within 24 hours).
We’ll arrange a replacement after verification.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us at support@lumencarled.com.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery (as per policy).


8. Warranty Claims

Some products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
To claim warranty, contact us with your purchase details and product photos/videos for review.
