At Lumen Car LED, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping times, and delivery across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Delivery Time

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Urban Areas: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49–₹99 may apply for orders below the free shipping limit.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share your tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your package directly using the provided tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If the package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.
You may need to pay reshipping charges if the delivery failed due to incorrect address or unavailability.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are entered correctly during checkout.
Lumen Car LED is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect address details.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing an item, please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@lumencarled.com or WhatsApp +91 96005 33713.

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Lumen Car LED ships only within India.
We do not offer international deliveries at this time.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Government restrictions or holidays

We will always assist you in tracking and updating your shipment status.
