4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We do not store any card details on our servers.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times vary by location (usually 2–7 business days).

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Delays due to courier, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned item.

All our LED headlight bulbs come with a limited warranty period (as mentioned on the product page) against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:

All logos, images, product names, designs, and content on Lumen Car LED are the property of the company.
